1st International Workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems (iwAIIS2026)

The iwAIIS2026 is in conjunction with the 8th International Conference on Soft Computing and its Engineering Applications (icSoftComp2026)

iwAIIS2026 focuses on recent advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI), intelligent systems, and their multidisciplinary applications. The workshop serves as a premier international forum for researchers, educators, practitioners, and industry professionals to present innovative research, exchange knowledge, and discuss emerging trends and challenges in AI and related fields.

iwAIIS2026 aims to bring together participants from academia, industry, and government to share cutting-edge developments and foster collaboration. The technical program will feature research paper presentations, keynote addresses, invited talks, case studies, panel discussions, and poster sessions.

Original and unpublished contributions addressing all aspects of Artificial Intelligence, intelligent systems, and their applications are invited. Submissions from academia, industry, government organizations, and research institutions are highly encouraged.

We are now open for technical paper submission.

Publication

The workshop proceedings will be an open-access publication in Springer CCIS .

Guidelines for Paper Submission

  • Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format through Meteor of Springer. Paper submission links: https://meteor.springer.com/IWAIIS_2026

  • Authors are advised to prepare their papers according to the Springer paper formatting guidelines (Word document/LaTeX) and add ORCID to their names in papers.
    Template for the same can be downloaded from here or you may download it by following links:
  • Submit the manuscript of the paper in the CCIS one-column page format as
    • Full Paper: having 12 to 13 pages (including figures, tables, & references) , or
    • Short Paper: having 10 to 11 pages (including figures, tables, & references)
    through Meteor: https://meteor.springer.com/IWAIIS_2026 before last date for paper submission.
  • iwAIIS2026 follows DOUBLE-BLIND peer review system . During initial submission phase, authors should not include their names, affiliations, acknowledgements, and omit/disguise other details that may disclose identity.
  • Extra page length charges would be strictly applicable beyond 13 pages. You have to make a combined payment in such a case (i.e. Normal Registration + Extra Page Charges). Maximum two more extra pages can be allowed per paper with Extra payment charge per page [i.e. Rs. 3000/- (for Indian authors) and USD 50/- (for foreign authors)].
  • The abstract and title should be readable stand-alone and not contain any references or unexplained acronyms.
  • At least one author of an accepted paper must register at full rate for publishing the paper in the workshop proceedings.
  • Please send the signed Springer copyright form along with camera-ready paper to kanupatel.mca@charusat.ac.in.

  • Every paper must have a separate full registration.

  • The paper will not be uploaded for publication unless we receive the complete payment including extra pages.
